Entrepreneurial Marketing: Workshop delivered by Georgiana Iancu and Cipriana Stan within the UBB Student i-Lab incubation program (31.03.2026)

We continue the i-Lab workshop series with Module 6, dedicated to entrepreneurial marketing—an essential element in the development and growth of any innovative business.
The session was delivered by Georgiana Iancu and Cipriana Stan from Brandocracy, professionals with extensive experience in strategic, operational, and digital marketing, gained through collaborations with companies across multiple industries, from IT and healthcare to tourism, education, and the financial sector.
During the “Entrepreneurial Marketing” workshop, participants explored:
– the particularities of marketing in entrepreneurship and its adaptation to limited resources;
– concepts and tactics of bootstrap marketing to maximize impact with minimal investment;
– the effective use of social marketing for building communities and generating leads.
With concrete examples and insights from real projects, the presentation emphasized that, in the case of startups, success depends not only on a good product but also on the ability to communicate its value to the right audience. In a dynamic and competitive environment, marketing becomes a strategic tool that can accelerate idea validation and business growth. 🌍💡
The workshop provided participants not only with theoretical concepts but also with practical tools to build effective marketing strategies tailored to the early stages of a business, thereby preparing them for current market challenges and the sustainable development of their own entrepreneurial initiatives.
