Module 7 highlighted a crucial topic for any entrepreneur: \u201cBusiness Modeling and Financing.\u201d In a world where good ideas are only the beginning, the ability to structure them financially and support them with smart decisions makes the difference between a short-lived startup and a sustainable business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop was delivered by Conf.univ.dr. Alexandra Mu\u021biu, Vice-Rector at Universitatea Babe\u0219-Bolyai, recognized for her extensive experience in teaching accounting and controlling across undergraduate, master\u2019s, MBA, and Executive programs. With a case-study\u2013based pedagogical approach, Conf.univ.dr. Alexandra Mu\u021biu successfully transformed complex financial concepts into practical and applicable tools for the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the session, participants explored:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 the main challenges in entrepreneurial management and how they can be addressed effectively;
\u2013 various financial business models and their adaptability to market realities;
\u2013 practical methods for preparing budgets and creating financial forecasts to ensure the stable growth of the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The presentation highlighted that the success of a business is measured not only by the quality of the idea but also by the ability to plan, manage, and communicate resources strategically. Conf.univ.dr. Alexandra Mu\u021biu emphasized the importance of a winner\u2019s mindset\u2014an essential element for turning challenges into opportunities and making decisions that drive the business forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop provided participants not only with theoretical knowledge but also with practical tools to build solid business models and effective financial strategies.
As a result, they were equipped to navigate the complexities of the market with confidence and turn their entrepreneurial vision into tangible results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
