We continued the i-Lab workshop series with Module 3, dedicated to structuring a solid business and creating a business model that supports innovative ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The session was delivered by Steve A. Varela, an expert with over 15 years of experience in business development for American multinationals and tech startups in Latin America. With an academic career spanning more than 17 years, Steve has taught management, international business, negotiation, and strategy in the USA, Europe, and Asia, and is recognized for his expertise in cultural intelligence and multinational leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the \u201cBusiness Model\u201d workshop, participants explored:
\u2013 creating a unique and compelling value proposition;
\u2013 shaping a business strategy with impact;
\u2013 efficiently structuring the Business Model to implement ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using examples from entrepreneurial ecosystems around the world, Steve emphasized that enthusiasm can start a project, but the success of an idea depends on a well-defined business model capable of turning a vision into a sustainable and scalable business. \ud83c\udf0d\ud83d\udca1<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop provided participants with the tools needed to build businesses grounded in real value and clear strategy, preparing them for the challenges of the global market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
