The students visited the UBB Student i-Lab incubator, where they were introduced to the programs and activities designed to support entrepreneurial initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the visit, they also met with Associate Professor Dr. C\u0103t\u0103lina Cri\u0219an, the executive coordinator of the incubator, who explained the role of i-Lab in supporting students interested in transforming their ideas into concrete projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this visit, the students learned how the incubation process works: from idea generation and validation with the help of mentors and professionals, to developing feasible business plans within an interdisciplinary framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Later, together with Prof. Steve A. Varela, they participated in a roundtable discussion where they talked about their experiences in Romania, explored cultural differences, and received recommendations on how to apply what they had learned\u2014encouraging them to think creatively and entrepreneurially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The experience proved to be both inspiring and constructive, offering students a clear understanding of what entrepreneurial spirit, interdisciplinary collaboration, and openness to new ideas look like within a dynamic academic environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
